  I went to this store because it had better reviews than the other stores, but I don't know why it does. My phone died last night, it is completely unresponsive, and I've had it less than a year. The water indicator strip had a little corner of it red, so they assumed I damaged it, even after telling them that I hadn't dropped it in water, or near water, so I have no idea how it turned red. The lady who "helped" me seemed to know nothing about phones, and even less about customer service. When asking what my options are, she said it would be about 450 to send it in through them, or 175 to send it through the insurance I have. When I asked why it would cost to much to send it in when I hadn't damaged it, because it's clearly just a faulty phone, she said that they might find that it isn't water damage, but then that would be bad for the store. Those exact words "but it would be bad for the store" came out of her mouth, more than once. I didn't really understand what that meant, so I asked her to clarify. She didn't want me to send it in through them because when they did find that it wasn't damaged because of me, they would charge the store, which isn't really my problem, seeing as I'm the customer. I will not be returning to this store, and I'm seriously considering leaving t mobile all together. I now don't have a choice, and have to send it in to insurance, which will cost me almost 200 bucks that I shouldn't have to spend, and leave me without a phone for the next three days. I might try another store, but this one had the best rating, and it was complete bullshit so I can't imagine anyone else would do something to help me. Apparently at T-mobile, it's the store that comes first, not the customer.
