- Margie ReyesNov 20, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Paid at the pump using my debit and they put a hold on all the funds I had in my bank account. I never had this issue before which wad why i was upset and when I spoke to the store manager she said she couldn't do anything. Kurt from their customer service line at corporate said I need to talk to my bank. No where on their pumps does it state they may hold your entire checking. Great customer service and lack of empathy.
