    When searching for a community for my mom, we consulted the people that see a lot of them--caregivers. Both caregivers are familiar with several communities, and Brookdale Holiday Lane was the first choice for each of them, and now I see why.
    Everyone that we've had contact with has been respectful, kind, and positive. They have smiles on their faces and help in any way they can.
    On the day my mom moved in, her small dog got carsick, ruining his doggie bed. The next day, the manager gave my mom a brand new doggie bed so her puppy would be comfortable, as well as my mom.
    Every time a family member or friend stops in to visit, the employees know exactly where to find Mom, whether it's in the gameroom, lunch room, or her private room.
    It is comforting to know that my mother is surrounded by such caring people.
