  Amazing! My serpentine belt and my battery went out in my car and I was terrified that my car was seriously damaged. I went to the Ford Service department and they told me that they wouldn’t be able to fix my car for 3 weeks and that I probably had extensive damage resulting from the serpentine belt. I called Alliance and they were able to fit me in immediately. They finished the work in a few hours and were extremely affordable. I was priced for service at the low end of the expected cost and they didn’t tack on anything ridiculous because I’m a girl (almost every other mechanic I’ve been to has tried to overcharge me thinking I won’t know better). Additionally, they thoroughly updated me on the process throughout the day and made me aware of anything additional I needed fixed. It was as wonderful of an experience that one could have getting their car repaired. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need something done!
